Open Floor is a resource-based dance practice. This class is a blend of guided and free movement exploration, supported by a soundscape. We anchor in the body and take time to explore, process and digest.
Open Floor is an inclusive practice for all bodies - we welcome all levels of fitness, ability, stamina, size, and age. Chairs are placed on the dance floor for those who need more than two legs.
