Pro.Motion

Monthly Pro.Motion group for movement teachers

Support & inspiration to communicate

& promote your work

Dedicate 2 hours a month to your Pro.Motion

Join a dedicated 2-hour group each month to focus on your Pro.Motion activities, whether you’re an experienced teacher or just starting out. This group is designed for all conscious movement teachers who are members of the ICMTA (International Conscious Movement Teacher Association), providing the time, guidance, and inspiration needed to develop your Pro.Motion and bring your vision to the world.

Whether you're looking to launch a new program or simply want to dedicate time to your existing Pro.Motion efforts, this group offers a supportive environment where you can work with accountability and in good company.

How does it work?

Sessions are based on the Open Floor movement cycle.

We will OPEN ATTENTION and ignite our embodied resources through the moving body, landing together as a group body

We will ENTER with time to check in, share our ideas and report back. We will gather common themes, questions and requests and shape our explorations from there.

We will EXPLORE together as a group, in breakouts, alone... this is time for you to actually do some Pro.Motion work - from sending that email to updating your bio to looking up where you can post your events. You will come away having made some progress, even if it’s a small piece of the bigger puzzle.

We will SETTLE, reflect, integrate, and set our Pro.Motion intention for the month ahead. We’ll close with a pause, perhaps accompanied by music, before returning to our lives.

IN BETWEEN SESSIONS

Stay connected through a special interest group on Mighty. I’ll be available for support and cheerleading throughout the month.

Support, guidance, feedback and collective wisdom

Just like your dance practice, Pro.Motion is a personal journey, and your message is unique. This supervision group will help you:

  • Generate Ideas: Benefit from the collective wisdom of the group.

  • Get Feedback: Test out your ideas and refine them with support.

  • Share Resources: Exchange skills and resources to enhance your efforts.

Hello, Bonjour, Salve…

I graduated in a million years ago in Advertising & Media in France and have worked across marketing, communication, events, and PR. I’ve run my own business and community, and for years, I’ve volunteered and worked with Open Floor International, designing marketing campaigns, contributing to website development, content creation, and the global impact of our community.

As a coach and mentor with over two decades of experience, including with the latest Open Floor teacher training, I’m passionate about supporting the teaching community to spread our work far and wide. My focus is on moving away from competitive, market-driven values toward a sustainable, inclusive, and collaborative model.

I believe that by working together, we can amplify our efforts and ensure everyone’s voice is heard. Let’s use our collective resources to build a thriving community where we all benefit.
