A Curious Paradox
An Open Floor Workshop with Audrey Boss and Bence Gaspar
16-18 May, 2025 - Luxembourg
“When I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” – Carl Rogers
Transformation is inevitable, but how we engage with it shapes our experience. We often resist change, or are striving for a better version of ourselves.
In this workshop, we’ll shift our focus to how we are right now and what’s unfolding in the present, moment by moment. And…how do we move with change? What are its shapes, flavours and textures? By slowing down, cultivating self-awareness and building embodied resources, we can meet ourselves in the here and now with more ease, just as we are.
The paradox is that this acceptance becomes the foundation from which authentic change naturally unfolds. Join us and discover how to embody more trust, connection and fluidity in the ever-changing dance of life.
This workshop is in English with French and German translation available.
About Open Floor
Open Floor is a resource based movement practice. We explore new ways of moving and responding to what is happening with intention and purpose. We learn to understand our habits and patterns for deeper insight and self awareness. The more we embody different responses in our movements, the more resources we can call on to move through life with flexibility, resilience and ease.
Audrey is an author, coach & trainer with 25 years experience and has been teaching embodied movement since 2015. As a teacher of Open Floor movement practice, Audrey is passionate about cultivating awareness through the moving body and facilitating spaces that are inclusive of everyBODY. Her current focus is on supporting therapists and therapists in training to resource themselves in movement and bring more embodied awareness into the therapeutic space.
Bence is an Open Floor teacher, holds a PhD in evolutionary biology, and has been dancing and practising yoga and meditation for over 20 years. Embodied Nature lies at the centre of his teaching practice – to understand through lived experience that all humans are part of nature, even if we feel separate at times. His background in critical social theory adds in the often-missed political dimension as he supports movers navigating through life from the molecular to the ecosystem-wide and beyond on the Open Floor. More information about Bence on his website.
