RE-CYCLE
a day to explore the cyclical nature of life through movement and dance
Life moves in cycles: beginnings and endings, expansions and contractions, times of change and stillness. How we navigate these transitions shapes how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. In Re-Cycle, we’ll explore how we move with the the ebb and flow of life.
By engaging fully with the present moment on the dance floor, we’ll practice engaging with life as it unfolds and nurture our capacity to move into each new cycle with comfort and ease.Through guided movement practice and open exploration, we’ll notice recurring patterns and automatic reactions that may limit our choices. Instead of reacting on autopilot, we’ll practice pausing, staying present, and finding ways to move through cycles with greater clarity and intention.
This one-day workshop offers a space to connect with yourself and others in a spirit of curiosity and shared exploration. Whether you’re seeking insight, renewal, or simply an opportunity to move your body and dance in good company, everyBODY is welcome to the Open Floor. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to explore.
